How long does it take to deliver?

It depends on your region usually takes 4 - 10 days for instock items.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship the full order together once all items are available. However, if you would prefer to receive the in-stock items first and have the pre-order items shipped separately once they're ready, please submit your request to customercare@montsand.com.

How much is the shipping?

We offer free world wide shipping via DHL express. Sales items are final sale and excluded from free shipping

In April 2024, Montsand decided to participate in DHL's "GOGREEN PLUS" service. This program allows customers to reduce the carbon emissions associated with their orders by using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) supplied by DHL.

Do I need to pay taxes?

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be charges. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these.

What if I refuse the shipment?

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Return & Exchange

Details below

We accept to returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please send your request to customercare@montsand.com for detailed instructions. If you fail to follow the provided instructions leading to any incident occurs such as missing packages, overcharged fee at customs, etc. You might be responsible for these incidents.


Exchange

  1. For orders that haven't been shipped yet, we can do a single change for you (this does not apply to discount items).
  2. In case order has already been handled by the courier, reach out to us via customercare@montsand.com; We suggest that you place a new order simultaneously and wait for the other order to return to our warehouse, we'll process a refund for it.

Return

  1. Discount items are non-returnable.
  2. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns need to be shipped at your own cost.
  3. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@montsand.com
  4. We would recommend wrapping the order securely and lightly using a trackable service. You can return the order without the original box which lowers the costs significantly.
  5. Items must be in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned. In the interests of health and hygiene, swimwear return will not be accepted. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. 
  6. Please allow 30 working days from the date of receipt your returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges (if any) and any additional costs incurred with the return (such as taxes or fees, if applicable), back to the original method of payment.

Defective

  1. Within 14 days, please inform us with photos and pictures of the defects at customercare@montsand.com
  2. We will exchange it for you or another style.

Cancellation

  1. We are happy to cancel any orders. However, once they get handled to the courier, we are unable to guarantee cancellations, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@montsand.com
