Exchange & Return Policy:

1. Carefully follow the provided return instructions
2. Any mistake that causes the delaying in or unable at customs clearance, we will not be able to process a refund for your order
3. Any taxes or fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange: For orders haven't been shipped yet, we can do a single change for you (this does not apply to discount items). In case order has already been handled by courier, we suggest that you place a new order simultaneously and wait for the other order returns to our warehouse, we'll process a refund for it. 

Return: Discount items are non-returnable.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns need to be shipped at your own cost.
We would recommend wrapping the order securely and lightly using a trackable service. You can return the order without the original box which lower the costs significantly. 
Items must be in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned. In the interests of health and hygiene, swimwear return will not be accepted. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. 

Please allow 30 working days from the date of receipt your returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges (if any) and any additional costs incurred with the return (such as taxes or fees, if applicable), back to the original method of payment.

Defective: For order which has defect items: there are a few steps you need to do within 14 days after the date of receiving your order:
Inform us about the situation with photo and picture of the defect.

Prepare items which you would like to send back, DHL courier will contact you to pick it up (please let us know the pick up address)
We will issue a refund or an exchange for you. 

Cancellation: We are happy to cancel any orders. However, once they get handled to the courier, we are unable to guarantee cancellations, please contact our Customer Care team.

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please be informed that all pre-orders placed in January 2025 and during the Lunar New Year holiday will be processed after we return from the holiday on February 5. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. Rest assured, we remain committed to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of your orders.

For available items, they will be handled and shipped to our carrier (DHL) within 2-3 business days after we return from the holiday on February 5
