For in-stock products, our typical delivery time is 4-10 days depending on your region. Please note that this timeframe could be shorter than expected. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship the entire order together once all items are available. 

However, if you would prefer to receive the in-stock items first and have the pre-order items shipped separately once they’re ready, please submit your request here. In this case, we will offer free shipping for up to 2 separate shipments.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 07 days of delivery for a refund for items labeled “Runway”. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Returns need to be shipped at your own cost. Please send your request here for detailed return instructions.
